Insurance
Insurance is the one of the great member benefits offered by QLD Sportfishers.
In fact, our largest annual expense is our combined liability insurance policy, which protects our members.
Combined liability insurance encompasses General Liability, Professional Indemnity and Management Liability
Documents associated with our combined liability insurance are provided below, along with the limits of this cover, outlined in the association combined liability policy wording document, the certificate of insurance, our providers financial services guide, and an event risk assessment form (template).
Also below, is a guide to ensuring your club is conducting club activities and community events that are sanctioned by QLD Sportfishers. An event must be sanctioned by QLD Sportfishers for it to be considered eligible for any of the combined liability insurances.
It is important that you read and understand these documents as it relates to you and your club’s activities. There are many clauses and exclusions that may impact on coverage in particular circumstances.
